We specifically specialise in the more challenging cases of process which require a degree of tact or subtlety. This service is offered throughout the UK and worldwide.
We carry out instructions based on supplied intelligence relating to the recipient of the process. Immediate Service
Research Associates typically initiates the procedure of service immediately upon receipt of written instruction, accompanied by the relevant documentation, as well as copies. We work towards carrying out service within agreeable time periods and, where required, at short notice. Being members of both the prestigious World Association of Investigators (WAD) and the Association of British Investigators (ABI), Research Associates has the expertise to serve legal papers anywhere in the world.
Where appropriate, Research Associates’ personnel will inform clients of any developing situation. Once service has been effected, we ensure that a report and Statement of Service (or, where requested, an Affidavit of Personal Service) are delivered by registered post or courier.

Research Associates employs process servers active throughout Greater London, as well as covering the whole of the UK using only experienced local professional agents. Please note that Research Associates does not carry out flat rate process serving. We typically charge an hourly rate, plus reasonable expenses directly relating to the task. Please note that Research Associates does not undertake cases funded by Legal Aid.
